Teresa Arcos
Teresa Arcos has always followed the music. Festivals, late-night sets, tiny venues with a great sound system: that's where she feels most at home, and it's where she saw how much talent was going unnoticed right in her own backyard.
She founded Arch Management to change that. Arch works with local artists to build careers with real structure behind them, from bookings and branding to the long-term plan, so they can focus on making music.
When she's not on the phone for her artists, Teresa is usually planning the next trip, chasing new cities, new scenes and new sounds to bring back home.
